  1. Growth Minded

I bring 5+ years as a Product Designer in B2B SaaS, with 10+ years across UX, branding, and content. I care about outcomes: a 125% increase in signups through a homepage redesign, 161% more applicants per job through listing page changes, and a 42% boost in adoption with better onboarding.

  1. The Journey

I design holistically. For the Salary Explorer, I created everything from blog content and email campaigns to surveys, landing pages, and in-product UX. It’s one of my favorite examples of designing for clarity, trust, and conversion across multiple touchpoints.

  1. Experimentation

To improve job listing engagement, I helped organize a structured A/B test comparing different layout patterns. We tested a traditional list view (with filters on a separate page) against new layouts. We tracked filter usage, clicks per listing, and apply rate. The top-filter layout drove a 161% increase in applicants per job and became the new standard.

  1. Illustration as UX

Whether crafting an onboarding flow or a 404 page, I use illustration and visual storytelling to make tools feel human, warm, and trustworthy. Especially for nonprofits, the brand experience is part of the user experience.
