Product & Platform UX
Overview
The Network Manager Dashboard centralizes the tools funders and network leads use to manage organizations, projects, and support cycles. The original workflow lived across multiple databases and manual Google Sheets, creating inconsistency and unnecessary friction.
This new product introduces a unified dashboard where users can quickly assess network health, view active engagements, track funding allocations, and take action without switching contexts.

Solution
I designed a scalable dashboard system that works across multiple user types and network sizes, from small cohorts to statewide partnerships.
Core UX foundations included:
A consistent IA across networks → orgs → projects, creating a predictable structure regardless of complexity.
A “Key Moments” status model, turning major milestones into real-time notifications, project updates, and weekly digests.
Modular dashboards for every layer of the network, including overview, orgs, projects, and detailed project pages.
A simple collaboration model, allowing network leads to manage access while keeping partner views restricted to their own data.
A balanced notification system, with in-app alerts and compiled digests to prevent overload.
Reusable visual patterns (tables, status chips, timelines, wallet modules) that scale across all CE networks and future tools.

Results
The dashboard reduced operational friction for network leads, allowing them to:
Identify at-risk organizations earlier
Track project stages without manual updates
Monitor advisor capacity and engagement
Align with funder expectations more easily
Replace spreadsheet-based reporting entirely
For CE internally, the standardized IA and pattern library supported future platform tools (wallets, matching workflows, provider previews, notifications) and reduced design effort for new product extensions.
